Nikki Senter is an associate in the Real Estate Development and Finance section of the firm. Ms. Senter received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with an emphasis in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Ms. Senter has worked for a number of years in the Hawaii hotel industry at properties such as Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea and the Waikiki Parc Hotel and her experience ranges from operations to group and corporate sales. While in the industry, her professional accolades include Manager of the Quarter and Manager of the Year.
She then received her Juris Doctorate degree from The William S. Richardson School of Law and is currently admitted to practice in Hawaii and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Hawaii State Bar Association, the Building Industry Association of Hawaii and the Hawaii Leeward Planning Conference.
Ms. Senter's legal practice is in real estate development law, with an emphasis on residential condominiums, condominium-hotels and subdivisions.
