Jon M.H. Pang
Jon M.H. Pang is a founding principal of Imanaka Kudo & Fujimoto, and specializes in real estate development and financing, with an emphasis on acquisitions, complex commercial financing, subdivision registration and affordable housing financing.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pang served as a law clerk to the Honorable Herman T.F. Lum, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hawaii.  He authored the "Affordable Housing/Governmental Programs" chapter of the Hawaii Real Estate Manual (1997), and chaired the Opinion Committee of the Real Property and Financial Services Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association, which formulated the "Hawaii 2000 Report Regarding Lawyers' Opinion Letters In Mortgage Loan Transactions." Among his professional and community service activities, Mr. Pang has served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Real Property and Financial Services Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association, a director of the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association of Hawaii, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Metropolitan Honolulu.

Mr. Pang received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Juris Doctorate (with honors) from the University of San Francisco.
