Richard T. Asato, Jr
Richard T. Asato, Jr. is a founding principal of Imanaka Asato. His practice emphasizes resort condominium and vacation ownership development. Mr. Asato also has significant experience in the areas of commercial lending, sales and acquisitions, business organizations, commercial leasing and financing, as well as in assisting developers and financial institutions with federal consumer compliance issues.

Mr. Asato has served as a guest lecturer on advanced real property topics at the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law, and is currently co-authoring an American Bar Association compendium of state vacation ownership laws, scheduled for publication in 2008. Mr. Asato is a 1986 graduate of Santa Clara University, and received his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
